Method
- Heat oil in a pot, cook onion until soft, then add garlic.
- Add tomatoes, broth, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes; simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add gnocchi and cook until they float (about 3–5 minutes).
- Stir in spinach and Parmesan until greens wilt and cheese melts.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan and fresh basil.
